Living Wall Remedial Works
The Pritchard and Pritchard team have been maintaining this wonderful mixed use development for 6 months enlisted by TSP Property.
The courtyard landscape includes a living wall, planted beds, pot plant combinations in both interior and exterior locations. The work has paid off and now showcases this wonderful development to its full potential.
Our initial works commenced with a Living Wall remedial project, undertaking a thorough refresh of the existing living wall, replanting sections and checking all irrigation.

Landscape
Every effort has been made to incorporate landscaping into this urban courtyard.
Shrubs and trees are installed in balconies and on the lower levels in planters, all of this is enhanced by the large living wall which dominates the space.

Courtyard
The Living Wall overlooks this neat courtyard which is surrounded by raised beds and shrub planting, a perfect place to for workers or residents to relax, right in the heart of the city here at Old Street City Cloisters.
There are huge benefits to property developers to incorporate landscapes into their projects with evidence to suggest that prices of property assets with access to nature can command a higher return. In addition with the new biodiversity net gain legislation, considering how to bring green into spaces such as these is even more relevant.
